This is a 2007 Ford Roush Mustang rolling around during the 2008 Woodward Dream Cruise. Again, my camera does not take good photos at night so it does not show how cool this car is. I have not seen those kind of Mustang wheels before and do not know if they are OEM or not. This car would look cooler with some chrome mustang wheels.

I believe this is a 1968 Ford Mustang GT Fastback With Chrome Bullitt Mustang Wheels. This picture does not do this Ford Mustang any justice because the owner has done a great job of keeping it in good shape. When it went by the car had some newer LED headlights. The Bullitt Mustang Wheels are a classic look but even if you own a older Ford Mustang you can always look at some custom Mustang wheels. This Ford Mustang was taking apart of the 2008 Woodward Dream Cruise.

2004 Green Ford Mustang GT with underbody green lights. The car was rolling while I tried to take a photo of it. It has some sort of custom mustang wheels on it but I cannot tell what kind. This Ford Mustang GT was apart of the 2008 Woodward Dream Cruise.

1996 Black Ford Mustang Cobra sitting in a parking lot during the Woodward Dream Cruise of 2008. The owner of this Ford Mustang has put some ground effects, a new hood, some Eibach Springs, and tinted windows to give it a custom look. He kept the wheels original but probably should have put some custom mustang wheels or even some 20 inch Cobra Mustang wheels.

The primary departments were California, Texas, Oregon, and New York. These cars were favorites with the officers for their stability and power. Nowadays these cars have became collector items and are hard to find because of their limited production.
