From the early 1980s to 1993 Ford Motor Company produced around 15,000 Ford Mustangs intended to be used by different highway patrol offices around the country. The primary departments were California, Texas, Oregon, and New York. These cars were favorites with the officers for their stability and power. Nowadays these cars have became collector items and are hard to find because of their limited production. Your not going to find that many or any with custom mustang wheels on them because people want theirs to look just like what the officers were using.
